PRE welcomes all families to our program that teaches young people about faith in Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church. Our program runs from the first part of September till the end of April. We meet at St. Francis High School from 6:30pm until 8:00pm. We welcome all kids in the grades Kindergarten to Confirmation. The cost for PRE is $60 per student (this fee is subject to change).
We have a great group of volunteer teachers that work with the kids. The teachers do activities that range from learning prayers with games, activities around the holidays, watch movies and listen to speakers. Throughout the year, our young people have an opportunity to attend Mass, pray the Rosary, learn about the Stations of the Cross, and receive Reconciliation. I am always trying new and creative things to keep the kids learning about their faith.
Students who have reached the age of reason (7 years old) and have not been baptized should let us know, as special preparation needs to be done by these students.
